Euthanasia Clinic
Forever Pet Crematory is the only pet crematory with an on-site euthanasia clinic. We provide a private, comforting room where you may peacefully say goodbye to your beloved pet. Take as much time as you need, and when you are ready, our staff to handle the cremation process with care and dignity.

Having the option to euthanize your pet at our location helps make that difficult decision a little bit easier. Those who wish for cremation options, can take comfort in knowing their pet’s remains will be taken care of right away.
With our euthanasia clinic, take all the time you need to say goodbye as our on-site veterinarian gently guides your pet to their eternal sleep. After your goodbyes are said, you can simply leave your pet in the room while our team takes care of the rest.
Choosing Forever Pet also provides peace of mind, as your pet’s remains are cared for immediately without the added stress of transporting them from a veterinary office to our crematory. Clients who choose our individual cremation package can typically expect to receive their pet’s ashes back much sooner than any other alternatives, when they use our euthanasia clinic OR bringing their deceased pet to our office. Clients who select private cremation and above can expect their pets ashes back within three days or less.
Forever Pet Crematory also offers competitive pricing compared to other euthanasia clinics and veterinarian offices, while maintaining the promise that you can be with your pet from beginning until the very end.
PRICING
Below is the fee of our euthanasia clinic. Please note that the prices below reflect the cost of pet euthanasia only.
Our Euthanasia Clinic is APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact us to make an appointment.
Fees:
$150 for up to 50 lbs
$175 for 50-100 lbs
$200 for 100-150 lbs
$250 for 150+ lbs
Please select which cremation package you would like from one of our services above. Please add the cost of euthanasia to the cost of cremation above for the total price.
We also offer a variety of memorial products, including clay paw prints and premium wooden urns, available at an additional cost.
